gift voucher terms & conditions
Please read these terms carefully before buying or using a KiWest Spa gift voucher. By buying a voucher, the buyer and the person it’s being sent to both agree to these terms.
KiWest Spa gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and valid for 6 months from the delivery date - the day the person you’re sending it to gets the voucher in their email. For scheduled gifts, that’s the date you chose at purchase, not the day you paid. The terms below apply to all vouchers purchased at kiwestspa.net.
Redeeming Your Voucher
To redeem, simply provide your voucher code to a staff member when you arrive for your appointment. You do not need to send the code in advance.
You can show the voucher PDF on your phone or bring a printed copy. The voucher code (starting with KW-) is all we need to apply the balance to your service.
Validity and Usage
Vouchers must be used by the person they were gifted to and cannot be split or shared with anyone else to pay for services.
If you are purchasing vouchers for multiple people, each voucher must be bought separately and will have its own unique voucher code.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the delivery date - the day they actually get the voucher email. For scheduled gifts, the 6 months start on your chosen delivery date, not the date you paid, so the person you’re sending it to always gets the full 6 months.
Redeemable Services
Gift vouchers are redeemable for services at KiWest Spa only.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or swapped for cash, products, different vouchers, or used as payment for other special deals, memberships, or partnerships.
Vouchers must be redeemed before the 6-month expiry date indicated on the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after this expiry date.
Balance and Payments
Partial redemptions are permitted - you do not need to spend the full balance in one visit. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use until the expiry date.
No cash will be given for any unused balance. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
If the total cost of the services exceeds the available balance on the voucher, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
Checking Your Balance
You can check the balance and expiry date of any KiWest Spa voucher at kiwestspa.net/checkvoucher.
For your security, you will need both the voucher code and the email address the voucher was sent to (either their email or the buyer’s email).
